contain special hardwearing aggregates which have been selected for abrasion and wear resistant properties as well as shape and size. These latter considerations, together with the use of high performance workability admixtures, produces a material which is easy to trowel into the surface of fresh, wet concrete. Nitofl or Hardtop Standard cure monolithically to provide a dense, non-porous surface which is extremely hardwearing and abrasion resistant. Monolithic cure ensures that problems normally associated with thin ''granolithic'' screeds, viz., shrinkage, cracking, etc., are completely overcome. Being non-metallic, Nitoflor Hardtop Standard provide a non-slip surface which will never rust and disintegrate. Non metallic - does not rust or stain. Nitoseal PU40 is a one part, low modulus gun-grade elastomeric sealant based on polyurethane technology. Nitoseal PU40 may be applied to joints between 5 and 35mm wide. To minimise stress imposed on the joint sealant, all moving joints should be designed to an optimum width to depth ratio of 2:1 with an overriding minimum depth of 5mm for non-porous surfaces and 10mm for porous surfaces. For joint widths exceeding 35mm, please contact your local Fosroc Technical Service Department. Main uses combining the outstanding release properties of such materials with the economy of a conventional oil. It reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete. Advantages Non-staining : No cleaning of unsightly oil stains if plastering is not required. High quality : Produces really fair faced fi nish concrete. Versatile : Can be used on all types of moulds. Minimises cleaning : Makes cleaning of form faces between pours very easy. Concentrate form : Reduces storage and transport costs.
